IT’S YOUR STORY
“THE WORLD IS A BOOK AND THOSE WHO DO NOT TRAVEL READ ONLY A PAGE.” ~ SAINT AUGUSTINE
Benefits of traveling:
1. Traveling makes you healthier.
A study from the Global Commission on Aging and Transamerica Center for Retirement Studies discovered that there was a lower risk for women who travel at least twice a year to suffer from a heart attack than the ones who only travel every six years or so. As for men, there is a 20 percent higher risk of death and 30 percent greater risk of heart disease for the ones who do not take a annual vacation.
2. Relieves stress
It is proven that a few days after the vacation or even a few weeks later, the person experience a feeling of relief, without any stress and happier.
“Foreign experiences increase both cognitive flexibility and depth and integrativeness of thought, the ability to make deep connections between disparate forms,”explains Adam Galinsky, a professor at Columbia Business School.
While you travel, everything in your normal life is forgotten which shows an increase of happiness. They don<t have to worry about anything and just enjoy their travel.
